Latest Tech Lancashire                                      Quantum computing:                                                                          This type of computing uses quantum mechanics (like superposition and entanglement) to process information, allowing qubits (quantum bits) 0, 1 or both simultaneously. This enables massive parallel processing for problems classical computers can't handle, promising breakthroughs in medicine, materials science, finance, and AI, though it's still an early-stage, specialized technology. How it works: Classical Computers? Use bits(0 or 1). Quantum Computers: Use qubits, which leverage quantum phenomena Superposition: A qubit can exist in multiple states(0 and 1) at once, exploring many possibilities simultaneously. Entanglement: Qubits become linked, so the state of one instantly affects the others, creating complex correlations. It was made by David Deutsch, who is considered the "Father of quantum computing". Quantum computing teleports data and "scripts" (logical operations) by transferring the quantum state of one particle using entanglement and classical communication, without moving the physical particles themselves.
